Jonathan McGovern

Jonathan McGovern is a student of history. In 1988 he discovered Black historians that he had never been exposed to and Jonathan soon became an avid reader and researcher on Black historical matters. After realizing that most Black people are looking at the Black experience from the Euro-American (often racist) perspective thrust upon Blacks by the White controlled media conglomorates; the foundation for this podcast was born. DynastyReconnect is a vision of a collaborative learning community that navigates Blacks to an understanding of us from our wealthy beginnings in Africa to our current poverty status around the world. The Dream is to have the community plot a clear path back to our historical place of respect and prominence in the world.
